A Little Something I'm Working on Now

Pantera Triple Play

A new generation of Pantera men takes up the legacy of their fathers under the watchful eye of the women they love. Born into the 21st Century, they blaze a trail seeking justice for the oppressed and the victims of circumstance. A novella of 37,700 words, “Triple Play” consists of three tales that take artistic license with several myths and legends handed down to us over the centuries.

Blood Curse

Before everyone gets excited and thinks this is another vampire saga, be warned, vampires don’t exist (at least we hope not).

Christian and JJ (John Jr.) Pantera accept the call from Interpol to join in the search for a couple of mechanized, blood sucking monsters that have attached helpless victims across the European Union. Joined by two very beautiful and talented assistants, they set off in their father’s footsteps, bent on continuing the family legacy of seeking justice for the downtrodden. Unbeknownst to them, a dreaded family curse raises its head and their only recourse is to deal with it once and for all.

The Wolf Man of Sherwood Forest

Desperation can force a man to go against his very nature and change him into a monster.

Robin Huxley loves his wife, but she’s near death and all the love he has for her is not enough. Now he must disregard his conscience and seek a means to provide their family with the funds it needs to cure her. The Wolf Man of Sherwood Forest arises and instigates a criminal spree that draws the attention of Interpol to the land of Robin Hood. Agent Christian Pantera and his partner, Dr. Melody Pendleton take on the assignment to stop the attacks and bring justice to the region, but justice is not always simple and it does take a wise person to find it.

The Adorable Snowman of Shangri-La

Myth and legend mingle with historical fact and resound like echoes from the distant past. JJ Pantera learns how true this can be as he travels to the remote regions of Tibet with Genevieve de Mortaine on a simple mission to deliver a package to his uncle, Simon Pantera. Unfortunately, Uncle Simon’s got himself into a bit of trouble with the locals and hasn’t been seen for days. Their only recourse is to traipse through the mountain ridges of the Chinese highlands and wrestle him from the clutches of a crazed man while struggling with encounters of the famed yeti snowmen.
